Sun filled updated top floor corner unit located in the highly sought after Ocean Village Club. This complex is beachfront with its own private beach access and resort style amenities such as 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffle boards, fitness center and grilling/picnic pavilion.You are centrally located to all St. Augustine has to offer such as pristine beaches and the Historic District downtown.This unit is a 3rd floor walk up with views overlooking the heated pool. The well equipped modern kitchen is ready for all you need. For dining, there is a table for 4 inside and one outside on the lanai. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools for additional seating. The primary bedroom has views of the pool and access to the patio. There is a queen size bed, ample closet space and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The spacious guest bedroom offers a double bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combo, is located right outside the guest bedroom.Guests will have access to the entire unit and all the amenities Ocean Village Club has to offer. The heated pool is right outside this unit's building and the beach side pool and direct beach access are just a 3 minute walk through the gated complex. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience.
