Balkan turu nedeniyle 2gece konakladığımızbu hotel 5*değil, gerçek 5*hotellere haksızlık olur, odalar temizlenmiş gibi yapılıyor, kahvaltı çok vasat, özellikle gece vardiyasında lobby barda çalışan uzun sakallı adam çok suratsız, kıl biri müşteri kaybettirir, çok yazık..

Advantages: +Polite staff at the reception +Large Room +Location Just ok: Breakfast Disadvantages: -Cleanliness in the room: mold in the Bathroom. This is dangerous for the health and I was so disgusted when I took the shower. The gentleman from the reception proposed the next day another room. Quite better but anyway they have the Issue with the mold in the Bathroom. Also the carpet is not vacuumed. -I wanted to stay in the SPA till 22:00 as it is written but the personal asked to leave 10 minutes before without any explanations. For the ladies they ask to wear a swimming cap which should be bought from them, however nowhere is written to have it and I had my hair was tied up in a bun

Hotel was quiet. Rooms are big enough. People at reception were polite, but this is not five star hotel. Room amenities were cheap. We found hair in bathroom. Breakfast was poor . Woman at breakfast restaurant was rude only because we asked her where is the restroom.

The hotel has nice rooms, is well equipped and clean, breakfast was okay although not very abundant. The spa area is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far away from downtown, you need to walk for 40 minutes to get there. Hotel lobby is quite nice, bar is OK. Meeting rooms are very comfortable. Staff was polite.

I was a guest in this beautiful hotel back in 2009. Everything was perfect, from the reception crew to the spacious room with an extra-large bed. The balcony was huge. The room was very clean and had a good scent of freshness. It was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend it to any visitor in the future.
