El servicio excepcional, muy atentos y de gran ayuda. Desde el primer momento se han preocupado por nosotros y nos ayudaron con el transfer para llegar al hotel e ir al aeropuerto. Servicio de 10. La única pega que se puede poner es la distancia desde el puerto, pero merece la pena para disfrutar de esa maravilla de hotel

Our stay at Ocam Ocam Beach House was truly delightful and relaxing. We were fortunate enough to book a night, and it was absolutely worth it. The owner, Jess, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the rest of the staff were equally wonderful. The atmosphere of the beach house is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. The serene surroundings, combined with exceptional service, made for a memorable and rejuvenating experience. We highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking a tranquil getaway.

For our trip to Coron, Busuanga, my husband and I chose The Beach House hotel, and we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful it was upon arrival. Nestled in a secluded spot, it feels like an oasis. The resort has just four rooms, and it’s right on the beach, offering the perfect combination of privacy and serenity. We stayed in a villa, which was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The food was exceptional—our compliments to the Chef! The freshly caught lobster and fish were simply delicious, and I can't recommend them enough. Also, their cookies and chia pudding were the best I've ever had! We were fortunate to meet the Owners, Jess and Constantin, who were there that weekend. They truly made sure we felt at home. You can see their passion for the place and the love they pour into it. It's not just about running a beautiful resort; they’re also doing incredible things for the local community. They hire and train locals, providing them not just with jobs, but valuable hospitality skills. The resort is also pet-friendly, with local dogs living on the property. These adorable, friendly dogs added such a charming touch to the whole experience. We loved everything about our stay. The Beach House is a true gem, and we’re so grateful to Jess, Constantin, and the entire team for making our trip so unforgettable! Thank you all so much!

Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren 12tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Boutique-Hotel gefreut und wurden zunächst nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre, geschmackvoll eingerichtete saubere Zimmer (leider ohne Schrank und irgendwelche Ablagemöglichkeiten) und eine traumhafte Lage - ideal, um sich wohlzufühlen und zu entspannen. Die ersten Tage unseres Aufenthalts waren großartig, nicht zuletzt dank der aufmerksamen und herzlichen Betreuung durch das Besitzerpaar. Man spürte ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihr Engagement, den Gästen eine unvergessliche Zeit zu bereiten. Leider änderte sich die Situation, nachdem die Besitzer abreisten. Der Service ließ merklich nach. Alles entsprach plötzlich nicht mehr dem Niveau , das wir zu Beginn erlebt hatten. Das war sehr sehr schade, denn dieses Hotel hat viel Potenzial und könnte ein absolutes Juwel sein, wenn das Serviceniveau durchgängig gehalten würde. Wir hoffen, dass die Besitzer diese Rückmeldung als konstruktive Kritik aufnehmen und Maßnahmen ergreifen,um auch bei Abwesenheit eine gleichbleibend hohe Servicequalität zu gewährleisten. Trotz allem haben wir uns hier wohl gefühlt. Fazit: tolles Boutique-Hotel mit viel Charme und einigen Schwächen im Service.

When we first arrived at the beach house at Ocam Ocam our reaction was that of pure awe. We were greeted with cold face towels freshly baked cookies but most importantly, smiles. The beach house is a beautiful space with impeccably considered decor in a stunning location. It was only in the first full day of our stay that we started to realise that this vacation resort was a lot more than its looks. The owners, Jess and Constantin (who we had the honour to meet during our stay) are natural hoteliers. They know the importance of the nuances and the details. The food is impeccable, I recommend the vegetarian eggs Benedict, the fish in crab fat sauce and of course, the freshly baked cookies with a generous scoop of divine home made ice cream. The cocktail list is confidently curated and the wine most certainly hit the right spot Reflecting on our stay at the beach house the stand out quality and the thing that has most impact is that the place has heart. The staff consists of local residents recruited because of their experience and their natural skill, they are attentive but not overly fussy. One of the staff members even gave us a cave tour on black island on his day off! Even the local island dogs are cared for and fed by the beach house staff- an extension of the kindness and hospitable nature of the team. We shall never forget our wonderful vacation in the Philippines but most of all we cherish the memory of our time at The Beach House, Ocam Ocam Thank you so much Jess (our mosquito fairy). Endroit Paradisiaque ou dés votre arrivée vous vous sentez bien ❤️ Jess la maîtresse de maison est aux petits soins pour vous quasiment 24/24 ! La chambre bénéficie de tout le confort dans un tel endroit ! La vue mer 🌊 est omniprésente ! Stunning property! I stayed in a beachfront villa for 2 nights which was absolutely gorgeous and couldn’t be more perfect. 5* for the lovely, friendly & welcoming staff. They are able to accommodate vegans 🌱 & vegetarians at the restaurant where I had all my meals. Highly recommend for a luxurious peaceful getaway in paradise!
