We paid £75 per night to stay here and it wasn’t even worth £20. It was like a grubby hostel. The only positive was the night time reception guy, he was lovely, very friendly and informative. The lady on the reception in the morning seemed friendly but when we asked to cancel our 2nd night stay for refund she never asked why or tried to offer an apology, barely said a word. She only refunded our second night stay despite the fact that we arrived at midnight and had to change the bedding ourselves as it was full of mould! Absolutely vile. The bathroom was the worst bathroom I’ve ever come across, smaller than a caravan and a shower half the size of a caravan. The toilet roll holder wouldn’t stay on th wall and was flapped down, so when on the toilet you had to have it on top of your knee and move it to get up. It was dirty. The bed was comfy I must say but it was ruined by the fact nothing was clean. Breakfast was strange, like a canteen, food not too bad I guess though. Again, tables were dirty. Corridor even looked grubby and in need of a really good scrub. I’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in many many Hotels and I think this has to be the worst I’ve stayed in. I can cope with anything as long as it’s clean, and this wasn’t. Fuming that I’ve paid £150 for 5 hours sleep in a mouldy bed. Didn’t even dare use the shower. If it’s more than £20-£30 a night, don’t do it. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else
