芬蘭邁克爾斯巨人銅鑼旅館(Finn McCools Giants Causeway Hostel)

When I booked a room for a trip this year somehow it booked for next year. The hostel was unable to swap the date for my planned trip. Now they are unwilling to cancel. With over 12 months notice. Very poor response to questions and unhelpful. Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off. Paying for a room I won't be staying in as I won't even be in the country!! Saw it on our planned trip, location was near to causeway with nothing else around, wouldn't have liked to stay here anyway.

It was ok cafe not great untidy food on tables and floor. Senery beautiful but I don't think they make the most of the attraction. Needs more thought going into it for visitors. It lacked imagination for children. Please get a better cafe with some nice food and better tables.

Located on a busy road. We were not able to do our own laundry. The laundry was returned damp to still very wet which made travelling on in Ireland very uncomfortable. Not recommend…

This is the worst place I have ever been to 3 of us arrived to a shared room that was not clean with lockers full of food and stuff from previous visitors . The bathroom/ shower room was disgusting and to be honest was a total disappoin**ent. We could not stay and moved on to a better place down the coast. Beware of booking here they con you into booking non refundable and pay all up front so that they don't need to give you a refund when you arrive and realise it's a horrible house . I know it's a hostel but it ain't cheap and there are better cheaper options in bushmills and balintoy with clean rooms and en suite .DO NOT GO HERE IT IS JUST BAD.

The location of this hostel is the only thing to recommend it. The twin room we had was reasonable. Bathrooms were a disgrace, broken fi**ents, unclean looking(see photos) and in need of a total refit. We were not informed about the free breakfast although having looked at the state of the kitchen I'm not sure I would have taken up the offer. I have used many hostels over the years, independent and yha and all have been clean, tidy and well looked after.

Grungiest place we have ever stayed. The showers were so bad we didnt want to touch anything. The lower bunk bed is on the floor. Behind the double bed along the baseboards was mold and yuck. You get what you pay for. Location Location Location

Staff did not care and applied the language barrier in response to questions staff had heavy colds and were unhygienic

Great place, very clean and the breakfast was great!! The people there truly make it special… It’s the best place to stay in the area, free wifi aswell which is fast and consistent, though getting the password right is a bit strange as two networks have the same name.

!!! exasperator!!!, when making the reservation I got confused and could not go to your hotel. Not even an hour had passed when I wanted to cancel. does not return my money. He just wants to steal it from me. Situations like this cannot be tolerated, it is one thing for hotels to cover themselves so that customers do not take advantage of it and another thing is how this hotel that I consider is stealing.
