+ Lokasyonu çok güzel. Gece Bursa görüntüsü, yan taraflarında I.Murat Türbesi. Çalışanlar çok saygılı ve iyi hizmet vere bilmek için çalışıyorlar.
- Bina eski, klimalar sesli. Havalandırma dışında her şeyi beyendim.

Unfriendly staff specifically a woman staff with red hair in restaurant talk so rude to my little girl, she just a child take bread with hand because not see fork but the way that woman talk make my girl scary. I think she rasist. I don’t like this hotel

I was truly surprised by this nice hotel in every way. Very clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Comfortable beds, great free breakfast, nice staffs and a very good location. Well pticed! I highly recommend

The hotel was honestly beautiful and clean. The staff helped with the luggages and arranging taxi. The hotel is not far from the city centre, Osmangazi which made it easy to go there and back.
