"We had been loyal guests at this hotel for the past 8 years and always appreciated the excellent service and clean rooms under the Jackson family's ownership. Unfortunately, since it was sold in December 2024, things have really gone downhill. The service was poor, and the rooms were not well maintained during our most recent stay. It was disappointing to see such a decline in quality. We won’t be returning and will be looking into alternative accommodations like VRBO going forward. Sadly, it’s just not worth the money anymore."
