The room was dated but clean. You can hear everything from the internal hallway and outside. The worst part was someone knocking and sounding like they were trying to break the door down while screaming "housekeeping" with more than an hour to go before checkout. When I inquired at the front desk about the way they knocked and yelled I was told that it is their job to do that.

This was very old motel that needs major renovations…. not impressed. Would not stay again unless last accommodations available

The second floor had a balcony. It would be nice to have a common outdoor area as well for all guests.

This is a great little motel. Clean, comfy. Front desk staff always helpful. We've stayed here for years when we come through eastern Oregon. Love this place! Suits us just fine.

The America's Best Value Inn was adequate for our stay. From the prior reviews of other motels in the area, this one was just fine. The room and bathroom were clean. There is no elevator so we had to haul our large suitcases up the stairs (we're on a long road trip with a cooler etc..) The front desk clerk was very friendly. The best part was the pizza place across the street! LOL! For an overnight stay it suited our needs.

Bed and Pillows were good. The place was quiet even for being on the main drag of Hines. Breakfast was adequate, not great but not bad. Check in was a breeze very helpful lady.
