Beautiful site warm and very welcoming staff, surroundings wonderful ideal for walking or sitting enjoying the view.

We love staying at crowwood only this time the room was a bit cold apart from that we really enjoy our stay , and the fabulous food at wilfreds we will be back 👍🌹

we had a ver nice 3 night stay, we weren't in the hotel a lot of the time as we had a family funeral. I used the gym, well equipped and good equipment. We had breakfast all very good and we weren't rushed from the table which was really nice. Every member of staff we spoke to was really pleasant, helpful and polite. Rooms were cleaned every day and they are a good size. I would stay in this hotel again.

The rooms are amazing, the desk staff are also amazing but the restaurant and bar staff could do with some extra training. I stayed in the hotel for a total of 10 nights, going to the breakfast every morning. Each morning the hostess at the breakfast would ask us the same robotic questions, including if we’d eaten there before. They should recognize guests that are there for a longer stay and say welcome back. Also not sure why you have to show your room card for every single round of drinks. Again some of the staff are just robotic. It doesn’t make you feel welcome. Overall a really amazing hotel, just wish some of the staff would pay a little more attention to their guests.

It’s my 2nd time at this property from checking in to checking out was so easy The hotel facilities was enjoyable. We did the spa on our last visit That was a lovely experience. Rooms are big n lovely comfy beds Thank you

Great hotel and spa, wonderful food. Would be nice if they offered some cask beers in the bar though.

Fabulous overnight stay at Crow Wood Hotel & Spa, the hotel and grounds on the drive up were very well presented which carried on into the hotel....Rooms were large and spotlessly clean, Food was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay, hotel and bedroom super clean and very friendly staff. Did not like the fact it is a totally cashless resort so be prepared to bring credit and debit cards! Also access to pool means just this! No seating around pool and jacuzzi was out of order, if you want to relax an swim you will have to book the spa a separate area.

Don't normally review but everything was exceptional. All staff are a credit to the establishment. Absolutely amazing place that is just going to get better with significant further inves**ent in the spa facilities (which are already top notch).
