Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff very welcoming and the food was divine. From a personal point of view, I would gave put the massive play area that's at the front of the building around the side. Totally spoils the look of what is a classy hotel.

An amazing trip to Woodland spa. All the staff are so helpful, trea**ents and spa the best I have been to and the hotel is great. Would advise to book your trea**ents in advance as the slots book up quickly and don’t forget your flip flops! Highly recommend.

The hotel is modern, clean and a comfortable large bed. The staff are excellent and seem very happy in their work. We enjoyed a spa day and had some tapas and cocktails in the outside restaurant. The range of facilities at the Spa is the best we have been to in the North West. The evening meal at Wilfred’s was excellent (recommend the duck rolls and posh fish & chips). The service was excellent and they checked at each course we were happy with our meal. The brought out a surprise birthday cake for my wife. 10/10 and we are planning a 3rd visit.

We stayed in one of the Luxury Suites, the Pendal Suite. The room was perfect, very modern and exactly what you would expect for a luxury suite. We also paid for the woodland Spa package which was amazing. The spa has a variety of different pools and saunas and i will certainly be going back.

Excellent room and breakfast. Also good meal in Wilfreds, though quite expensive. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Location very convenient to motorwcay. It is ridiculous that I should have to extend this report purely to fulfil your criteria. My initial comments should be sufficient.

3rd Visit to Crow Wood Resort and wont be our last . Hotel is finished beautifully, all rooms to a very high standard, and all of the staff are extremely obliging , special mention to Rudolph one of the the Concierge's, real asset to the company. The Spa and Bertrams restaurant are both on site and well worth a visit . Recommend their Steaks and specifically the Beetroot starter on the Rosette menu with honeycomb ! - tasted great .

We have visited before and your wonderful hotel is simply the best for us. We love everything about Crow Wood and this time we were given a free room upgrade that made our stay even more luxurious and special. The rooms are just perfect with everything you could possibly need and the beds are so comfortable. The food at Wilfred’s is so tasty, well cooked and nicely presented too. The best thing though are the staff who are efficient and so friendly, they make any stay a real pleasure.

Honestly everything about our trip was faultless and fantastic. The spa was beautifully clean, everything working and plenty to do. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the trea**ent experience was lovely. The hotel was spotless, food outstanding and the staff without exception professional, friendly and accommodating. I loved the uniforms and all the young staff in the restaurant are an absolute credit to the hotel and hospitality, in a time where it’s so hard to recruit staff they were all brilliant and it was a refreshing experience. Special credit to the concierge who brought us ice and glasses and was a total ray of sunshine. Could not recommend highly enough, a rare experience of over delivering on expectations.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was courteous and accommodating. The concierge, Rodulf, provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The room itself was excellent, exceeding my expectations. The breakfast offered was delicious, providing a wonderful start to the day. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the cleaning staff, especially the lady from the Caribbean. Her warm demeanor added an extra layer of hospitality to our experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a first-class stay.
