Great location on the water! The place was very clean and the gated parking lot was nice. I was visiting the area on a motorcycle and having it in a secure place overnight is always good. Would definitely recommend it if staying in the area. It also has a covered fishing dock.

Nice & clean beautiful place very peaceful Josh the host was very accommodating had a really great weekend there loved watching all the deer and the back patio view was amazing can't wait to bring other family members I know they will love it too

This is my second visit to Pained Sky Inn on Lake Buchanan. The location is perfect for my Kayaks. The views and sunsets are amazing here. Easy contactless check-in and great communication via text. The grounds are well kept, and I like that it’s gated with code only access.

Family had a wonderful relaxing getaway. In the hammock under the stars, beautiful sunsets, and clean comfortable accommodations. Kids had fun fishing at night on the lighted dock. Staff was very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure we didn’t need anything. Overall a very relaxing trip.

Beautiful place. The room was clean and super quiet. We had a family reunion near by and stayed here. The lake was just a few steps from our back sliding glass door. Bbq pit was provided too and there was a fishing deck with underwater lighting. The fish were practically jumping from the water. Definitely would stay here again!
