Holiday Inn Club Vacations 在日內瓦湖度假村(Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort)

El lugar en general nos gusto. La habitación que nos asignaron estuvo bien, cama king, sala y cocina completa, más lavadora y secadora. Cerca esta el centro de Lake Geneva el cual nos gusto, muy tranquilo en está época de invierno.

I was disappointed that we weren’t able to use apps, such as Netflix or Prime Video to enjoy a movie. We were looking forward to watching with the fire running. We even called the building engineer to help us figure out how to cast from our own devices, but it appears that the hotel has decided to not permit that. I can’t see a valid reason why I shouldn’t be able to watch a movie on Netflix While I’m on vacation, I think you need to reconsider this. It’s 2024. Cable is done.

My husband and I have stayed here several times. We really enjoy the seperate bedroom and living areas. The patio/balonies are also very nice and private to sit on and enjoy.

Hotel was amazing. Staff is friendly and professional. However, do not be fooled by the waterpark advertised. It’s there, but not at this resort. It’s down the road and you have to pay quite a bit extra.

The only nice thing about this hotel room was the fact that it had a fireplace and a kitchenette. Everything else about it was terrible. The bed was uncomfortable and caused us to check out one day early with back/neck aches. The bathroom was nothing like the pictures, and didn't include a tub. Only a small poorly designed shower that you can barely fit in. It had a thin shower curtain that caused flooding all over the bathroom floor, because it was only separated by a small piece of rubber (pretty much flush with the floor) that wasn't even fully attached... Required a lot of clean up after showering. I do not recommend this hotel or booking with *******, because neither of them will offer you a refund if you are unsatisfied. The hotel said they couldn't do anything because we booked thru a 3rd party, and ******* said the hotel was "sticking to it's policies and not offering a refund." All ******* offered us was a $25 credit to the ******* account. Waste of money and time, plus the neighbors were noisy.

Fantastic, it was big and clean, had kitchen and laundry/dryer. Only bad thing was when you need to use the pool, you had to get into the car and get to lobby. It was winter, so it was little inconvenient with kids.

We do last min good deal. Easy checkin, comfort & clean. So many activities eg ski, water park etc.

No amenities in this building. You have to drive or shuttle to pools and restaurants.
