생각보다 낡았어요..사진이랑 마니 달랐어요..

They charged a $150 deposit when he got there. I made the reservations and noted a very late check in and at no time was a deposit, let alone a $150 mentioned!! If it wasn't for the time of night and the length of time he'd been awake, he would have gone elsewhere. Will NOT return and will also write a Google review on this. $150 deposit they hold for 5-10 days and a 61 year old man stayed in the room for 6 hours! The deposit needs to be released after it is verified the room is good at the very least! Several other hotels do it, why does this one need 5-10 days?

Clean room but they sprung a $150 deposit on us at checkin. Did not offer to refund our on line payment.is that even legal ? . Desk clerk was barely civil. Last Microtel for us

The beds were infested with BEDBUGS. Showed proof to manager and he still tried to deny it. Asked him to then come to our room to see for himself. Manager refused. Offered to only switch rooms. Refused ro give us any cleaning products and even garbage bags. Manager was very rude and belligerent and did not offer 1 apology for the inconvenience

The overall stay was okay, the hotel was very noisy. Guests in the halls making noise and the sounds of people walking above us was annoying. Guest behavior is not the hotels fault but the quality of construction of the hotel is poor when sounds travels like it did.

Do not stay here. Everything is micro and the towels will scratch you there are so hard and rough and not big.

Hotel muy limpio y tranquilo

I am very satisfied with my stay at this Microtel.. The cleanliness was amazing!! Soon as you walk through the door the fresh smell of cleanliness will greet you, which is something very important to me.. The staff that I came in contact with were really friendly and accommodating.. I arrived after dealing with a very stressful situation and the lady at the front desk name Precious helped ease my mind after our conversation.. She had no idea how I was feeling during check in but she managed to bring a smile to my face.. Reminding me how Good God still is regardless of what you may be going through at that moment.. I would most definitely stay here again!!10/10 for me.

The hotel was very clean, service and personnel exceptional. The only complaint I have is the $150 incidental fee. That seems extremely high to me. Overall good quality place to stay.
