剛剛透過豪華度假套餐住了 7 晚，住在 26 樓的 2 間臥室，可以看到衝浪者和內陸的全景。很好的開始。 房間很大很舒適，但是廚房裡的熱水和浴室裡的兩個臉盆壞了。 週四向工作人員報告了此事，第二天一名水管工去了，但浴室盆裡仍然沒有熱水。 工作人員報告稱，由於新 G Link 鐵路外部正在進行道路施工，因此出現了水問題。很公平，但我報告週六水仍然不對，但週末沒有水管工來。 ？ 然後週一再次向經理提到，但沒有真正緊迫地處理它？幾天後我離開時，問題仍然沒有解決。雖然工作人員對問題很友好而且很有禮貌，但我真的不確定為什麼這個問題在 7 天的時間裡沒有得到處理。 不夠好，也沒有為我帶來的不便提供任何東西。我預計是新的，然後管道將是建築工程中的保固問題。 7 天中的 5 天都在夜間進行道路施工，在我們到達之前知道這一點會很好嗎？ 附近有幾個不錯的吃飯地點（棕櫚泉和光年），海灘也很近。我們去過伯利 4 次，但由於新的鐵路連接，現在似乎更加繁忙。會再次回到沙洲，因為單位是新的、現代的、視野很好，雖然這個問題不會破壞交易，但它只是不必要地破壞了訪問。

設備齊全的公寓，一側可欣賞內陸景色，另一側可欣賞公園和小海景。舒適的床和家具、兩個室外陽台、有關電視的資訊。操作和垃圾清除會有幫助。更換新毛巾和床單需額外付費。距離美麗的海灘不遠，距離主要商店稍遠。

The property being very new was in immaculate condition. Comfortable, and well appointed apartment. Walkable distance to Burleigh Heads and only 1 block from The Esplanade. Roadworks out front for new tram service a little inconvenient with pedestrian crossing difficult. Communication with the facility wasnt the best experience. I opted to pay on arrival however started getting invoices with payment demands the week before travel. I called the apartment and had to speak with management and provide screenshot proof of booking. Didnt feel great.

Very disappointed in this hotel, I felt deceived from their advertising and really ruined our little holiday. We booked the signature room with all the photos showing sea or beautiful city views from the living areas and we were given one of the lesser back rooms with a view of the MacDonalds roof and car park with only glimpses of the sea from the main bedroom. For the same price, we could have stayed at one of the top premium hotels with breakfast and full sea view. I did enquire as to why we were given room with twin beds instead of a queen as we had booked signature and they kindly made the beds into a queen but the main point of my enquiry was as to why we were charged for a signature room but given the cheapest one. If I had booked the lesser room of the website which looked more like the room we were given it would have been more than $50 cheaper. Whilst the room was extremely clean and the customer service nice, I let my family down booking this room with such a terrible outlook. Definitely don’t be fooled from the photography of the signature room when deciding, you get a MacDonalds roof view :(

We recently stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment at the Sandbar Apartments in Burleigh Heads. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some notable highlights and a few areas for improvement. Positives: The apartment itself was very impressive. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and bathed in natural light thanks to the abundance of windows. There were two balconies, with each bedroom having direct access. The interior featured plush carpet and underlay. We appreciated the modern conveniences, especially the iPad controls for the zoned air conditioning, allowing individual temperature settings for the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with a good range of cutlery and cookware, and there was ample storage space throughout the apartment, including the kitchen and bedrooms. The main bedroom boasted a full-sized wardrobe and a walk-in wardrobe, alongside a full-sized fridge in the kitchen. Practical amenities like a washer, dryer, vacuum, and iron were also provided, as was fast internet. The on-site gym was surprisingly well-appointed for an accommodation facility, offering dumbbells up to 20kg, a cable machine, treadmill, bike, and elliptical. We were particularly pleased with the quiet environment, with no street noise or disturbances from neighbours, largely thanks to the double-glazed windows. The quality wooden hangers were a small but appreciated touch. The pool area, with its deck chairs and sunroom, was also very nice and quiet during our visit. Areas for Improvement: Inside the apartment there were no Flyscreens on the windows and balcony doors. No sheer curtains meant you can either choose to have privacy and a dark interior, or let the sunlight in and be visible- only blackout blinds were present in all rooms. Interior lights were cool white, which is rather harsh in the evening. I found respite in the bedside table lamps which are the only warm white light in the apartment. We also found the absence of a dish drainer inconvenient, as we prefer hand washing rather than using the dishwasher. Also, face washers were not provided. For this reason, I always pack my own. A point of concern for me was the incredibly strong air freshener scent in the hallway and reception area. For anyone sensitive or aware of the potential effects of artificial fragrances, this is something to be cautious of. Thankfully, the scent did not permeate into the apartment itself. Despite being blackout blinds, they still let in light around the edges, meaning that if sleeping in a bed adjacent to a curtain, outdoor lights could be quite disruptive throughout the night. The shower water pressure was very low, and the car park was quite tight. Finally, the location's current state presented some challenges. Due to extensive construction work extending both north and south, getting to the apartments and travelling around was difficult. Modern property in the heart of burleigh. 2 minute walk to patrolled beach and 5 minutes to dining options. Accommodating manager who let us check out later due to flight changes. Would definitely recommend.
