Perfektes Hotel. Bereits vor dem Check optimal. Per Mail Abfrage der Wünsche. Parkplatz vorbereitet mit freundlichem Schild. Persönliche Betreuung von Anfang und Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Gemütlich und einladendes Ambiente im gesamten Hotel. Frühstück perfekt. Dem Hotel halte ich die Treue in der Schweiz . Grüße an alle Mitarbeiter ! Macht weiter so. So wünscht man sich einen Aufenthalt.

Le séjour a été parfait , et tout le monde très sympa , nous regrettons juste qu il n y aie pas de frigo dans la chambre , mais pas grave , nous avons pu profiter du frigo de l hôtel , sinon nous avons découvert un bel endroit , une belle région , et des gens très charmants !

Inmitten der Burgdorfer Oberstadt gelegen hat das Hotel was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Toll ist der inklusive Gedanke. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, ein großen Pluspunkt gibt es für den hervorragenden Kaffee - immer frisch aus dem Siebträger. Auch das Vertrauen in die Gäste sich Abends an der Bar selbst bedienen zu dürfen ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und der Chef immer zu einem Späßchen bereit .

Although the hotel is a 3-star, it was one of the best experiences I had in terms of service, host and the environment. The hotel is located in a central district of Burgdorf. The hotel itself is a boutique one, rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The host is a character here, he himself checks you in, shows you the room and whereabouts. All these small little things and homely treatment made our stay very pleasant. :))

Burgdorf’s Hotel Orchidee is a wonderful experience for many reasons. The easy to see ones are perfect location in the heart of the old town, stylish and super comfortable rooms, and a wonderful rooftop with simpy stunning views. But there is more than meets the eye instantly. Hotel frontman Ferdinand is the perfect host who pays amazing attention to each and every guest. And the place is run by a foundation that employs disabled people giving them a sense and purpose in life. Combined this with the wonderful hospitality, just staying at the Orchidee is worth alone the trip to Burgdorf.

Das Hotel ist angenehm, sauber und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und haben was es braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, welches ihren Beruf lebt. Immer freundlich und sehr daran interessiert für mich als Gast, das maximum an "Wohlfühlen" herauszuholen. Wir haben viel gelacht, danke Ferdinand.
