Overlooks a school oval one side and busy main roads on the other side. Really dated but clean. Overpriced for location and room type. Can get better for cheaper in Bunbury.

I had the best night's sleep that I've ever had in a motel. One minor issue was that i had no idea what the check in time was,but that’s probably my lack of computer skills.

Old smelled in the room like it was not used in a while needed a good airing to make it smell better. Staff not very friendly . Will not use again

Property was clean and comfortable. Noisy due to being in a busy road. Restaurant times were restrictive with breakfast finishing at 7am.

Generally, it was a passable experience. I was staying here for the work week of Monday to Friday, and most of the other guests were tradespeople who were also travelling for work related reasons. Despite the building's age, the room was carefully maintained and clean. The hard work and dedication of the housekeeping team is noticed and greatly appreciated. The water pressure was weak and instead of just hot water, both the hot and cold taps were running with hot water. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, however. We visited the restaurant for breakfast and it was satisfactory, however we were dismayed to find there was no coffee machine, even a basic drip filter machine would have been enough. It would be beneficial to include breakfast and dinner menus in the rooms as there is currently no indication of this on either your website or any other travel websites. If I was on holiday I wouldn’t stay here due to the tradespeople who start to move around, laugh and smoke from 4am, though it wasn’t a huge issue for me since I was already awake. Knowing that it's not always feasible to have someone monitoring the area 24/7, it is common for guests to smoke just outside their room, and the smell tends to linger into the nearby rooms, which is a less than satisfactory outcome. We would appreciate it if you would purchase a coffee machine that is not of the instant type. It would be almost criminal to partake in that type of beverage.

We arrived after reception had closed and we called the hotel to let them know and the after hours check in was easy to use and well organised.

There was nothing to complain about our stay we enjoyed our stay there

The property was ok for the age of it. The bed in our room was terrible, very uncomfortable and unstable.

Clean and tidy. Manager helpful. Only downside was the yellow shirt workman there. They just stared at us . Then we found out the hotel is aparantly known to be used as a knocking shop, and when you hear the yellow shirt workman shouting across to his other pals that he had great sex that night, i believe the rumours of what the hotel is used for. I wont be staying again
