Lake Mohave just up the road in this peaceful place to stay. 2 days min. 6 Months max... The space There is a 36' deep Garage with a rollup door in front and backside. it is only a single wide garage. perfect storage for watercraft, Jet Ski's or Side by Side. there is driveway parking and the area next to the driveway can also be used for parking. (soon it'll just be an extension to the driveway) Guest access Side by Sides / Golf cart use around town is common Other things to note this is a new house with new neighbors the wall / fencing is not up yet...About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
