Very friendly and professional reception staff. Good central location. Rooms ok. Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. No aircon or fridge though cool enough in the high altitude. Excellent, excellent breakfast with good choices. Hot foods are still hot even at 9am. They actually use the burners under the chaffing dishes. Rare in Malaysia, even in 5* hotels. Cant speak highly enough about this rare attention to detail. Westerners like hot cooked food served hot. Well done Shahzen. Keep it up. We would be back for this alone.

房間有一張大床和一張小床🛏️。 沒有牙刷和肥皂。 房間簡陋，和價格不匹配。 服務簡陋，前台一問三不知。 沒有給水。 衞生一般，有熱水。 不會再來，除非沒得選擇。

A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.

服務人員都很客氣。我們訂了1間雙牀房和1間家庭房。這家酒店沒有電梯,所以如果帶老人旅行可能需要選擇一樓的房間。但是活動(酒店後廳)就在那邊,所以可能不適合那些輕臥者。雙牀房位於一樓,沒有窗戶。有站立淋浴。家庭房位於一樓,非常大,有2張特大牀。有浴缸(需要爬樓梯。我們有1個大行李,所以要上下移動是很困難的。1)廁所地板溼的時候很滑。酒店確實在房間裏放了一雙拖鞋,但我奶奶穿着它感覺不舒服。如果他們能用不滑的溶液處理地板或放置不滑的墊子,那就太好了。2)浴缸很高,我們這樣的矮人爬進爬出都挺難的,附近沒有手柄,所以老人很危險,衛生間很大,能安裝站立淋浴就很棒了,盆管是破壞,所以如果你出現水流較重的情況,水會從管道中溢出,造成地板溼滑。浴室的地板也很滑。兩個房間的地毯都要求打掃得非常糟糕。淋浴後不穿鞋走路時,我們到牀的時候鞋底會全髒的。希望這些會改進。會是一個更好的住宿的地方。
