The room was good with great amenities. The Hotel itself has a Uzbek feel with the sandstone coloured walls and mosaic details in the alcoves . The spa was great . I had a Thai massage and my Masseur was Evan who did a splendid job! I was feeling the relaxing effect of the massage even on the third day . The breakfast buffet was also really good. The shower in the bathroom was also a great one , which is always a positive after a tiring day of walking . Sunita, traveller from India
Family-owned boutique hotel in the historic centre of beautiful Bukhara. To manage expectations: don’t expect a five-star hotel experience as the rooms are not very luxurious and the breakfast is relatively basic. So why then highest rating? That is a combination of the excellent location, the cleanliness of the rooms and, above all, the friendliness of the owners. Yes, it is so much nicer to support a family-owned hotel in a 500+ year old house that is trying to make a living than staying in a larger hotel part of a bigger chain!
Fantastic location, just steps away from the Kalon Mosque and Minaret. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Owners were incredibly helpful with arranging transportation at a fair rate from the airport and to the train station. Highly recommended!

We arrived to the hotel to find out that our room is supposingly not ready, very arrogant and rude receptionist named Mutakhir insisted that we move to the hotel across, it seemed very weird as if he got personal interest for us to stay in another hotel. The only reason I selected this hotel even though it's far from the old town, 20 minutes walk away, because of the swimming pool. He said I have to pay 30 USD per hour!!! To use their tiny swimming pool that turned out to be with very cold water. It turned out that he was lying and the hotel had 20% occupation capacity, after speaking with another receptionist we stayed 2nd night. Overall very negative experience because of this rude and arrogant receptionist
SShawalinoA very clean and outstanding hotel to stay in Bukhara. Walking distance to all places of interest.
Excellent service by staff n management. Recommend hotel to those visiting Bukhara. Thank you Komil Bukhara Boutique Hotel for your great hospitality.
Highly recommend staying here. The staff were so helpful and professional. The breakfast is very good, filling, and inside plenty of comfy sitting on a cold winter day. The inn is also very close to the main attractions in Bukhara and just a few minutes walk from many good restaurants. The rooms are also the most beautiful in any of the places I’ve stayed so far in Central Asia. Love this place!
