The chlorine pool is huge and has a size of 16m x 8m and a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2.2m. It is surrounded by a well kept Mediterranean garden, where you can sunbathe on one of the six loungers, taking a snack under the awning or take a refreshing outdoor shower. If you like cooking outside, on the furnished porch you will find a fixed barbecue. Besides, there is another porch overlooking the pool, which is an ideal place for breakfast. Depending on the season, the different fruit trees like orange, lemon and peach trees bear some tasty fruit. This property is totally private and doesn´t have any direct neighbors. From the street you will access the ground floor where you'll find a hallway leading to the living room. It's equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, AC, satellite TV and pellet stove. Next, you'll find the dining - kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and equipped with AC and a table with chairs. It offers all you need to cook your best dishes.
