O lugar é sensacional! O hotel oferece um serviço de alta qualidade e os quartos são excelentes! Mas o maior destaque são os funcionários! Simpáticos, atenciosos e extremamente profissionais! O trekking com os Gorilas é imperdível! É um pouco caro, mas é uma experiência única!

Das Personal gibt sich richtig Mühe und ist engagiert. Wenn man die Umgebung sieht, erstaunt die Sauberkeit und die Professionalität. Mit viel Lebensfreude wird man bedient. Die ideale Anlaufstationfür das Gorillatrecking. Zimmer sind sauber. Essen ist gut.

Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff is very friendly and the food was great, I would definitely go again it’s beautiful.

Beautiful comfortable lodge in a great location for trekking to meet the mountain gorillas. The staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms are nice , comfortable beds with full mosquito nets, though we didn’t see any mosquitoes. Very good food. Very clean. I noted comments about steps to rooms, but as the main reason for visiting this area is to go trekking, that shouldn’t present a problem to most guests. They accept dollars and euros as well as Ugandan shillings or they accept credit cards with an additional fee

Loved loved loved this lodge… from the warm welcome by the staff to the comfort of the beautiful room and the excellent food! The location is perfect for the gorilla trek and visit of the Batwa village.
