舒適飯店(Quality Inn)

When we arrived after riding our trike over 300 miles in the heat, first of all it was hard to tell if the hotel was even open. Then when I checked in, was told that there was no air conditioning, what. The fire dept had shut the air conditioning down. It was in the high 90s. They would not or did not offer a refund or discount. They did supply a window fan..fortunately it cooled a bit through the night. While walking through the hall and staircase, noticed that the carpet had had little to no cleaning. Would not recommend using this facility until the owners, who by the way, did not even offer an apology for the lack of air conditioning. Also the Inn didn't even have bath soap..they offered shampoo to bathe with, imagine shampoo to bathe with.

Chambre confortable, propre. Petit déjeuner continental correct.Clim HS, piscine HS, Lavabo bouché.. ..Bruyant car proche de l'autoroute.

Advertises a breakfast but only waffles available. They said their supply truck hadnt come in for my 1st visit. 2 weeks later still only waffles

Nice clean rooms. Only problem was truck did come in so no breakfast, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit, no eggs, no anything except a waffle and juice. I think they could have gone to a local store and got things to offer their guests

No complaints about this one. Ac was out but they were up front about it and offered to refund with no issues if we wanted to find somewhere else. We stayed anyway as the temperature was fine.

I ended up leaving as the bed was so dustyand mildewy i could not sleep

The facility informed me when I got there the air conditioner was broke and if I wanted to cancel due to the heat it would be no charge. I hope ******* will do what is right by not charging me for the room I didn’t stay at due to mechanical issues there. I did book a replacement through ******* as well.

False advertising. No AC in entire hotel. Pool closed. The hotel needs to change its description on **********. Breakfast was as promised. The price should reflect the fact that I'm sleeping with fan to try to cool down at 3am.
