Final wine pick up trip Stayed here (again!) with a friend, her first time. Always like this place, the brick is a great feel, and the amenities are nice. Our only suggestion is window coverings that are easier to open for natural sunlight (as it's a little dark inside)

Great, if you are a grizzly bear. Probably my bad for not believing the photos. The room is truly a cave, almost to the point of giving me a claustrophobia. This is just a weird place. It’s essentially a decorated motor lodge. I think it would be good if you plan to eat at the restaurant, which we did not. The pool is closed for the winter, even though it’s late April. The bed is relatively uncomfortable, too soft. They clearly got the memo on providing amenities for a five-star room. There is an nespresso machine, extra razors, toothbrushes, etc., but no lotion? The shower is weird, because you essentially step into a giant corner bathtub, which is a big step. No door or shower curtain, so the water splashes into the main bathroom. For me, just too expensive for what you get, and it is too isolated.
