We visited Hotel Majestic café today with high hopes of enjoying some refreshing ice coffees and deserts. However, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff seemed disinterested and their service was quite rude. Not only did they bring our orders incorrectly (which can happen since we are all human) , but they also didn’t pay attention to our requests or even acknowledge us properly. When we tried to address the issue, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Such behavior left a sour taste in our mouths and significantly marred what could have been an enjoyable visit. It’s disappointing when a place that promises a relaxing experience fails to deliver even basic courtesy. When we tried to complain they laughed. Ignorance must be a bliss . I hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

Everything about the hotel was amazing - the view, the food, the room, the location! It was nice and clean! The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended it! Will be back again! 😊

Wonderful hotel, good location. Large, comfortable room, clean. There is a kettle in the room and a lot of different tea bags. Breakfast - a rich buffet, pancakes, pizza, a large selection of cold cuts and cheeses, delicious coffee, lots of fruit. Efficient waiters. Friendly, attentive owner and all the staff. We want to come back here.

很棒的酒店。舒適,乾淨,一切安排和周到。免費停車場,100米的海灘。房間很小,但有所有需要的(茶水和免費的房間,顯然在整個黑山都沒有提供)。早餐很棒,味道不錯,二樓有桑拿浴。唯一的,如果你早睡,就拿起停車場景的房間(沒有陽台,沒有海景,但沒有人會在陽台下晚上走來唱歌)。特別感謝講俄語的女孩在食譜-立即和廉價提高了房間的類別,而且非常漂亮!

Everything was perfect. if you plan to visit budva don't look any alternatives this place is perfect choice. Location is perfect, rooms are perfect, staffs are too. And specials thanks to Milica; she was very kind and also professional, i am grateful for her hospitality.

Just got back from our 7 night stay in Villa Gracia, we just loved every single day of our stay. Everything was perfect, starting with great location of the hotel -everywhere we went we didnt have to walk more than 15 minutes- main bus station, beach buses station, waterfront,old city,shops, restaurants or our favorite beach in Budva-Mogren 2. Literally 50m away we had a bakery and a late working small shop (22h) in case we needed anything or wanted a snack. Next, breakfast was fresh and tasty and two ladies working there were super nice and attentive, it was a real pleasure eating on a lovely small terrace every morning. It was not a problem to both of them to bring us anything we asked for (like boiling eggs for my husband ;) ) although the breakfast area was packed with guests and busy. Thank you both, you are lovely :) Room was large with a big closet ,comfy bed, cute balcony, kettle,fridge, equiped with everything we needed. Clean and spotless. We had good night sleep, Villa Gracia is centraly located but in a quiet street with not so much traffic or noise. Least but most important-owner and the staff, everyone was polite,superfriendly and helpful, providing us tips on finding beaches,restaurants, printing our bus tickets etc Me and my husband travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels and accomodations, from budget to five star and these guys are top notch ＜3 One of best small hotels we stayed in, and if we come back to Budva we will stay here again, and I warmly recommed this place to everyone. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you!

作爲獨行旅行者,我加入了一個團體,組織了蒙特*****的旅遊。我對酒店作爲我們的基地感到非常滿意,一塵不染,工作人員專業友好。公共房間和外面的休息區都很舒服。非常適合晚飯後社交!我的房間很舒服,很寬敞。我沒有想到水壺,但是有一個。雖然沒有提供茶/咖啡。商店就在附近,房間裏有冰箱,所以很容易補救。(雖然沒有很容易找到茶包!所以,如果你喜歡房間裏的杯子,請自備!)正如其他人所說,自助早餐相當出色!這麼多選擇!!!熟食,歐陸和當地美食!還有蛋糕!能夠嘗試一些完全不同的食物是很好的。晚餐再次自助式有很多產品。總而言之,非常愉快的住宿!

Fantastic 3 day break for me and my wife. We can't thank the staff enough. We went for out wedding anniversary and was very kindly upgraded to a suite with a stunning sea view. The hotel was super clean and the food was amazing. The roof top pool is something else. Stunning views and staff very attentive and polite and friendly. Reasonably priced drinks considering it's 5 star. Lovely breakfast buffet each morning with fresh food. Would highly recomend stying. Great location great staff and great rooms. Thankyou very much

Brakuje mi słów , aby opisać to miejsce . Personel jest niesłychanie miły i życzliwy . Miejsce jest jednym z najcudowniejszych jakie widziałem . Jakość świadczonych usług jest na najwyższym poziomie . Jedzenie jest wyśmienite i bardzo dobrej jakości . Ten hotel jest kompletny i powoduje , że zapominasz o całym świecie . Polecam z całego serca.

Понравилось все -сам отель , виды, номер , прекрасный СПА, который входит в стоимость проживания, шведский стол на завтрак шикарный! Были не в сезон
