Sarovar Protico in Srinagar exceeded my expectations during my official trip. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation after a long day. The staff's exceptional service and politeness added a touch of warmth to my stay, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. One of the highlights was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant. While the taste was exceptional and the portion sizes generous, the prices leaned towards the expensive side. However, the quality of the cuisine made it worth the indulgence. Furthermore, the hotel's location near both the highway and airport proved to be convenient for my travel needs, saving me time and hassle. In summary, Hotel Sarovar Protico Srinagar offers a delightful blend of cleanliness, exceptional service, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, it's a top choice for discerning travelers seeking comfort and quality service.

Wonderful hotel! The staff here is excellent, from the front desk that sorted out a reservation problem and airport transfers to housekeeping that provided a very clean and comfortable room. The restaurant food and service was exceptional, worthy of a 5-star hotel. Our server Saleem kept tantalizing us with unexpected local Kashmir delights from main courses through desserts. I have stayed almost 200 nights in hotels this year and this is one of the best I have had. Hard to believe an airport hotel is this high quality but it is. My wife and I are very pleased. You won’t be disappointed.

The place offers the warmest environment comfortable stay with amazing restaurant and reception staff. Our hotel room was upgraded for free, the reception staff including Muneeb was helpful to offer smooth check-in and check-out. The restaurant staff was really hospitable and warm including Maqbool, Saleem and team for fulfilling our custom eating needs. Overall a safe, enjoyable and secure stay with no hassle.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff especially maqbool, mudassir , tasseled , owais Shakir hilal Saleem & manager mr Bilal in Srinagar. Everyone was very courteous and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met, whether it was room service, guidance for local places, or food preferences. Their hospitality felt genuine and added so much warmth to our stay. Highly recommended!!
