It was an excellent time styaing here the rooms were very clean the maintenance was really good Naseer who is taking care of housekeeping is exceptional .Mukhtiyar in lobby was helpful .Food is excellent very delicious.Staff in restaurant is very professional

Staff very very nice thanku so much mr suhail from houskeeping Hotel is really nice, room was excellent,stayed for a one night, staff is really professional and kind. All the time they ask if you need something. Really a PARADISE,In such a beautiful city, thank to Mr suhail , gulzar and abid

Nice hotel and great service. The rooms are well appointed and clean. New hotel opened in 2023. Good breakfast in morning. Food and service is also good. Highly recommended. The location is close to airport and away from traffic and quiet location.

We reached on the 31st of March 2024. We were received really so well by Mr. Aamer in the front office and he and his team deserve a big thanks. Fantastic hotel. Simply awesome. Great hospitality. We have spent already 5 days in Kashmir visiting several places. Being very close to the airport, it’s really good to spend at least towards the end of the trip.

Wonderful experience...rooms were very spacious and comfortable...staff was very helpful and cooperative....Great hospitality and food...they prepared jain food for us and was delicious...had a great time... Thanks for a beautiful stay!!!

Stay was very comfortable, facilities excellent . Food is very good and enjoyed the same . Junaid and his colleagues were very courteous and helpful. Rates are on high side due to peak season. Travel desk in hotel was not there and advised to keep a desk to guide tourists. Overall enjoyable experience.
