獵鷹飯店(The Falcon Hotel)

Lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to beach and shops (15 mins if walk slow). Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Strongly recommend staying here and we will be back.

On a short weekend break my wife and I found The Falcon Hotel to be ideally placed on the Bude canal front, close to the beach and fine cliff walks. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the restaurant food and service excellent and our room impeccably clean and very comfortable. It was just a shame about the weather, but you can’t have everything! Should we return, we will certainly stay at The Falcon.

Very warm welcome from the start. The staff were all so friendly.Lovely building kept in excellent order. Enjoyed the meals and the atmosphere of the restaurant. All in all a most enjoyable comfortable stay. My only regret is I didn’t upgrade to have chairs in the room.We will return.

The hotel is in imaculate condition the staff are very polite the food is wonderful it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed in just a lovely place !

We had a reasonable stay at this hotel - it was clean and the food was good. The bathroom and general room was a bit tired and needed updating but the staff were friendly. It was very disappointing though that our booking included free breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking on ******* and the hotel clearly doesn’t have enough parking spaces to accommodate all of its guests. When we got to the hotel after a five hour drive there wasn’t anywhere to park for free in the hotel car park and it was full. We were concerned because we had driven down for a funeral and needed somewhere to park. We were directed to a nearby pay and display, but it’s always disappointing when a hotel states or gives the impression that free parking is available, and it’s the opposite when you actually arrive. The hotel didn’t even offer to reimburse us for the parking costs. If you’re after a place to rest your head in Bude, this is a pretty decent typical old English seaside hotel. But be warned that the free parking detail isn’t accurate.

Hotel is in a superb position with free parking . Staff were pleasant and friendly . Food was excellent but would advise booking for evening meal as it is a very busy restaurant .The room was spacious comfortable with a high standard of furnishings . Would highly recommend

Lovely comfortable hotel with really friendly efficient staff and in a building with lots of character. Food excellent, free parking and a position overlooking canal and close to beaches. Ideal.
