객실 및 시설관리는 우수하지만 전반적인 시설상태는 낙후되었고, 조식은 간단하지만 좋은편이며 직원은 친절한편이었다

It was a good experience overall. Rooms were clean and tidy . Washrooms had a proper sanitary .

Breakfast bar and service of the breakfast bar was terrible. Food was not replaced in a timely manner. Quantity and choice of food was sub par. Tables were not wiped at any time we were present. No meats to go with eggs. As far as the rooms go thery were clean. However the sheet and pillow case on the bed were stained. The heating unit was extremely loud and could not heat the whole room. Bathroom and tile floors were always cold. The desk attendants were helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and It appears to be declining. Location was good but turn into the lot from route 46 is somewhat dangerous as it is on a curve. You need to be aware of cars coming fast behind you. Turn in is narrow and a car coming out can be in your way. Be cautious when turning. Pricing was good so I guess I got what I paid for as other hotels in the area are more expensive.

The hotel smelled of cat urine when walking in, thinking possible flooding on lower level. I noticed dehumidifiers in the hallway. Our room was okay but bathroom definitely needed attention. It is falling apart the drain rusted out and mold in the seams and sealant of the shower surrounding. I have pictures. The air vent made a noise so we kept it running to stop. Definitely needs attention. Breakfast is nothing fancy.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Our first room stunk of stale cigarette smoke. I had to use my inhaler for my asthma 2x. There were no extra rooms. Their solution was to put an air cleaner in my room. It barely helped. I slept very poorly that night. The refrigerator had towels in it and was dirty. The next morning I spoke with the manager and they gave me another room. It didn’t smell but still bathroom shower head had mold. Staff unfriendly except 1 woman I saw at check in and check out only. I called to confirm my reservation 2 weeks prior to my planned stay. They told me they had no reservation in my name. So I had to make another reservation at another hotel. But now this hotel just charged me $130. What do I do?

We reserved a King bed suite with ********** but when I went to check-in was told they received a reservation for two double beds. After I showed the front desk lady (Ana) my reservation confirming it was supposed to be for a King suite, she apologized and said that sometimes happens with 3rd party reservations.
