科文廣場公寓和套房(Corvin Plaza Apartments & Suites)

Absolute thieves, Asked for a 50 euro deposit on arrival which is unstandable, however once checked out, the rooms were checked by the staff and the bloke behind reception desk told us everything was fine with the room and the deposit was released back to us. 250 euro as their was 5 of us in this apar**ent. The bloke behind reception is a total liar. Upon returning home, we contacted the hotel asking where the deposit was. We was then told we wouldn’t be getting it back as somebody had smoked in the room. Funny as nobody in our group smoked. Total liars and thieves. The room was left spotless.

Annonce mensongère. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres et option payante pour le séjour. Fourmis dans l’appartement. Moisissure dans la douche. Responsable odieux qui vous parle en hongrois pour que vous ne compreniez pas. Aucun service client. Séjour du 14 au 19/08 dans un chambre de luxe. Mauvaise expérience que nous regrettons. Nous avons envoyé un mail pour expliquer nos désagréments et n’avons jamais reçu de réponse.

They asked for 50 euro deposit once we arrived to check in ( not mentioned in ***********) toaster was dirty as the pan was not usable at all. Chairs were torn and dirty also. Once we entered the apar**ent it was super hot so they had an ac but no remote for which they asked 10 euro per day ( also mentioned in *********** that ac is included ) !! Some guy or girl defecated in front of the apar**ent and it was not cleaned for 2 days ! ( all of our stay) they neighbourhood was super noisy as there were a lot of homeless people around. Don’t go outside alone in the evening because its like a zombie apocalypse there ! Its smells really bad everywhere around! Also there were ants in the apar**ent and we lived in the 5th floor! Avoid this place ! Not worth of your money!

La résidence est bien placée , à deux pas des transports en commun. Le logement est plutôt propre et au calme. Ne comptez pas y aller pour faire de la cuisine car l équipement de celle-ci est ridicule. Il y a bien un four mais pas de plats pour celui-ci, une poêle mais sans le couvercle qui va avec, etc… 1 sac-poubelle mais pas 2, idem pour le papier toilette. Nous avons été obligé d’aller en réclamer tous les jours à l’accueil.

Nothing like the photos that you see, it’s actually old, used and damaged. No room cleaning at all, no towels change, no carpets, dirty window curtains, terrible experience. Don’t make the same mistake. Worst travel experience ever!!!!!

Las instalaciones en mal estado, llegamos a las 23:00 y nadie nos pudo abrir, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para esa noche , por mas que les mandé mensajes que llegaríamos tarde … pésima atención No lo recomiendo
