Bien dans l’ensemble. Manque certains équipement tel que des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher pour le choix proposé.

銀冠確實是一家好又好的飯店。乾淨衛生，經營良好。在那裡度過了愉快的時光。

We had such a bad experience with this hotel thanks to its staff. Very unprofessional, from giving false information, not acknowledging when they’re wrong to texting the guests at 11 pm, they affected our whole stay negatively. Impolite and without any savoir faire whatsoever. The hotel itself is renovated and the rooms are ok even though the housekeepers could do a better job. The good thing is the garage and that is convenient. I would advise to avoid it at all costs, there are definitely better places with better location I Budapest for less money.

the hotel screwed up our reservation the night before our arrival. they said they didn't have our reservation, so at midnight before arrival we had to make a reservation again and pay 2 times, only to be told at the reception tomorrow night when we arrived that we had all the reservations. in spite of the fact that we had their mail messages where it says that we don't have a reservation, the young team from the reception bothered us on Wapp until midnight and woke up our three-year-old daughter. Because of them, we had to pay a lot more for the reservation, and we were left without breakfast, which we paid for with the initial reservation. The employees at the reception are young people and they were very inhospitable. The rooms are ok, but not worth the money that much. there are plenty of better and cheaper accommodations in budapest. very bad experience. But the city is beautiful.
