A weekend well spent Spent the weekend in the revamped White Hart in Buckingham. Staff are friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel has a good vibe from the moment you enter and the creaking stairs and uneven floors only add to the character.

Clean comfy stay Arrived early and managed to get a space in the car park, one of our rooms was ready which was great. The other room was ready a little later but still earlier than check-in time. Check was smooth and straightforward, don't forget to put reg no. in the machine at check-in desk. We sat outside and ordered food and drinks and had a lovely day. Our room was at the front overlooking the street which only became an issue at closing time, when everyone left but seemed to hang around outside talking etc. Not the pub/hotel's fault so would look to be in a different room next time. Shower was good, hot water and the room clean and comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have any as we had a relatively early lunch gathering to attend. Would stay again.
