布加勒斯特舊城區的絕佳位置。工作人員友好而熱情。房間很乾凈，布置得很好。唯一失敗的是衹有兩個咖啡袋可以用來煮咖啡，應該還有更多。會再呆在那裡。

Nice, clean, super position in city, close to metro, nice and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, where you can make your own waffles by yourself. It's close to historic center so You can have nice walks close to hotel.

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. Only after several guests began to openly complain about the wait did a 3rd employee appear, but she gave ZER

Wow Where do I start? Incredible service by Anna, Pamela and Cozmir. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are big, clean, and everything was in the highest quality. The take care of every little detail to make sure your stay will be as good as possible and they do it with kindness and a welcoming smile. If you’re looking for the best place - do yourself a favor and check in at the JW MARRIOTT BUCHAREST GRAND HOTEL

Ultra luxurious! The room feel as luxurious as Belmond hotel which is my favourite hotel. The decor in the room is lovely. Bathrooms look brand new with luxurious hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. They smell divine! Breakfast is good, as you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Lots of options from hot breakfasts with omelettes and waffles to cold meats, salad, fruits. I've stayed in many hotels in Bucharest, including Radisson Blu hotel, which is a good hotel. This is by far superior.
