Nice, clean, super position in city, close to metro, nice and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, where you can make your own waffles by yourself. It's close to historic center so You can have nice walks close to hotel.

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. 這不是一家糟糕的酒店,裝修是復古大約1960/70的,但是配套的傢俱並不能讓座椅舒適。但是房間一塵不染,舒適地提供了良好的設施和設備,酒店內部設施很廣泛。問題是我們在一晚的旅行團裏呆了一夜,作爲我們交易的一部分提供的食物非常糟糕。我說這是因爲餐廳看起來和菜單一樣好,但我們的餐食是由旅遊公司決定的,因爲它的預算也是如此。因此,不公平的判斷。

房間住得挺舒服的，安靜，床軟。就是沒提供一次性洗漱用品，一次性拖鞋也需要找前台要。酒店點餐偏貴，自助早餐提供的東西挺多，味道也好不錯。

The hotel is situated a few metres from the Gara de Nord railways station and underground station, so it is very easy to reach. The check-in procedure was fast, room clean with a large bed, toilet, shower, TV set, hairdryer etc. The door is card-operated, mine unfortunately didn´t work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk twice but the girl was really helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building from 7 .00 to 10.30, quite a good range of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection strong and stable. Next time in Bucharest I will definitely try to get a room here again.

Hotel My Continental Gara De Nord provided a solid base for our four days of exploring Bucharest. A very convenient location, regarding the metro and railway station; and within a walkable distance (around 20 min) to the centre. The hotel was clean and safe; our room offered everything we needed and general ambience was pleasant. What deserves a special mention, is the restaurant staff at breakfast times (good-humoured and very professional) as well as breakfast on offer – plentiful, fresh and tasty. Also, a nice vibe there in the evenings with an attentive and lovely gentleman at the bar. Thank you for a positive experience, looking forward to coming back …

这家酒店有点棘手。不要预订普通房间，因为他们很累，床看起来又湿又旧。他们需要在房间外面的地毯上做一些内部工作。只呆在套房里，因为他们很棒。但是高级房和普通房不是我喜欢的，有点郁闷。但是我在布加勒斯特的任何时候都会住在这家酒店，但只会住在糖果店和工作室，而不是通常看起来很累的酒店房间。这家酒店/公寓酒店的主要好处之一是它有一个很棒的热水浴缸/按摩浴缸，而且它就在健身房的隔壁，您只需登录即可。我喜欢热水浴缸，尤其喜欢游泳池在 12 月中旬，一切都冻结了。每当我访问布加勒斯特时，我都会住在这里。餐厅的食物还可以，物有所值，服务也不错。此外，前台的女士们非常乐于助人和乐于助人。

I had cancelled my initial reservation and they still charged full price. I contacted them and they said it’s not them it’s Booking com (who said it’s not them of course…) Poor customer service and no reimbursement (lost 100% of money reservation) in between this hotel and *********** site. Will not return or recommend to friends/families. Be careful or better avoid this hotel altogher. Also double check your Booking com reservations to avoid possible issue (booking com was really terrible svs as well).
