水周りが良くない。生水の腐った匂いがしています。 最初に案内された部屋が使用済みで清掃されてなく、フロントは把握していなかった。タオルも無く、要求しないと貰えない。あまりお薦めはしないです。

Non rispecchiava assolutamente la descrizione del sito. Punto centrale e raggiungibile facilmente, ma camera sporca, bagno altrettanto. Capelli dappertutto, polvere e pavimento sporco. Cattivo odore nelle lenzuola e anche negli asciugamani. E anche in camera, credo a causa della fogna. Non era presente sapone, ma solo una piccola saponetta. Come asciugamano era solo un piccolo telo. C'era freddo in camera, troppo. Ho chiesto una coperta o il telecomando del condizionatore, ma hanno solo qualche ora acceso i riscaldamenti. Lo staff mi ha permesso di arrivare la notte, inviando tutte le indicazioni su whats apps per checkin.

Con 10 euro in più si può avere una struttura decente

Me robaron el dinero. No atendía nadie, el check inn una basura, pésimo servicio. Nunca volveré a este lugar, decepcionante. Estafan a las personas.

I had reserved this hotel for my brother who is an Ukrainian resident and had to flee from Ukraine to Romania because of the war. He got stuck in the border and couldn't arrive in Bucharest in time, so we contacted this hotel and asked them kindly to change our date and postpone for 2 days. The manager was extremely rude and rejected us with the most terrible way. He had the right to not accept our request but the behavior was definitely unacceptable specially due to our situation.

So let's begin, This is a fantastic budget hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are helpful and the location is perfect. A 5 minute walk from old town centre, 2 minute walk from supermarket. Can't really fault anything because the price is so reasonable. Dont understand people with negative reviews expecting 5 star luxury accommodation for £20 a night. You get what you pay for and that is a clean room, clean towels, clean bedding, shower, TV, clothes cupboard. Perfect place for solo travelers but also families as this is now a hotel with individual rooms and no longer a hostel.

Absolutely filthy place. Stay clear. We found two roaches; one in a towel and one inside the toilet paper roll. Hair in shower, and a shower that was carelessly patched up several times with silicon. Bed was hard, I lifted the matress: full of hair, stains and filth underneith. Paper thin walls and doors; we can hear activity and neighbour room and everything that is said in the hallway. Indeed very central location - but thats about the only + I can find.
