Siamo arrivate in struttura con Uber che ti lascia esattamente fuori dell'hotel. Le camere sono spaziose così come il bagno. Unica pecca la moquette in camera,ma nell' armadio c'erano delle ciabattine in spugna. Colazione ricca ed abbondante sia di dolce che di salato Pulizia ottima

Ottimo hotel situato a 10 minuti dal quartiere Lipscani. Letti comodi e stanza spaziosa. Bagno pulito e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Pulizia stanza quotidiana con rifornimento di bottigliette di acqua. Forniscono accappatoi oltre ad altri teli per doccia. Colazione buona sopratutto salata. Un grazie particolare a Carmen che parla italiano ed è molto disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato connessione ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Several staff members were very rude especially some at reception but also others. The safe didn’t work and the person who came to our room started yelling at us that we were not operating it correctly; he finally agreed that it was broken and said someone would come tomorrow to fix it but no one ever came. I told reception that two hallway lights were out and that it was completely dark in front of our door; for some reason he started yelling at me in poor English that I couldn’t understand. I also told the housekeeping supervisor and she said that wasn’t her job. The lights were never fixed. I tried to pay for laundry at reception and the woman started yelling at me that this was the wrong time; later this same woman literally started screaming at me when I asked where our laundry was; it apparently was was not her job to know about laundry. I have never experienced anything like this at any other hotel. We were with a group from the United States; maybe they don’t like Americans.

Nice comfortable room in a convenient location. Breakfasts were good, I'd say above average. A few minor downsides: - If stairs are an issue for you you need to take stairs of a ramp down to the entrance and a couple down (or the ramp) to enter the elevator. - The elevator is small, the posted capacity is 3. - The restaurant was closed 2 of the 4 evenings I was there.

This hotel was clean and comfortable for the price! There is breakfast available and a restaurant too! Carmen on the front desk was absolutely lovely and so helpful she even had a chat with a taxi driver when he was trying to overcharge for an airport fare! Our airport pick up was really early so Carmen organized a sandwich and a bottle of water for us at 2.30 am! Every hotel should have someone like Carmen!

Hotel limpio y el personal amable. Algo retirado del centro a unos 20 minutos a pie. Desayuno muy bueno , el zumo no es natural, pero si había fruta fresca troceada. La estancia ha sido agradable. Nos gustó el detalle del albornoz y las zapatillas.

Buon hotel situato in centro a Bucharest, a due passi dai principali monumenti, moderno e pulito. Camere silenziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Buona e abbondante la prima colazione, specialmente salata. Personale un po' ruvido, non aspettatevi grandi cordialità, ma efficiente. Da tornare
