It was nice . The bed was too high up off the ground but very nice otherwise! Clean. Friendly staff. Price was a little expensive . Breakfast was good. Would return in the future if needing another room in the area.

We made a last minute reservation. They were able to accommodate our room preferences even though it was obvious the hotel was quite busy. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom looked like it one from a room twice the price. There was even a ceiling fan that made it feel like home. We’ll definitely be back!

This place turned out to be a real dud! First, we checked in during a rain storm. We were staying on the top floor. As we walking to our room, we encountered a pretty significant leak from the roof in the hallway. Second, the next morning, we lost the satellite signal for the TV. There was no storm outside. I called to report the problem and the lady who answered said that her manager was not in and there was no maintenance guy that day. Other guests reported the same issue. When we checked out, still no manager. Hampton posts signs all over about 100% guarantee to make it right. I asked to please have the manager call me when she got in. Of course I never received a call. Think I will avoid this place for future stays.

After a long day of driving it was so nice to pull in parking lot of this great hotel. The desk employee was very friendly and helpful. So very kind. And our room was immaculate. it looked like no one had ever stayed in there. The bathroom soaps and lotions were so good. And, the beds were extremely comfortable. plus ceiling fans!! The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts in a hotel i've ever had. I loved the choices of food available, especially the proteins and the excellent flavored coffees.

When I arrived, I was informed due to them being fully booked my room was NOT ready. when I arrived at 3:30 p.m., and I would need to return later that evening. I said NO I made my reservation in March with no issue and expected have a room reserved and waiting with NO issue. After 20 minutes and NOT understanding why the system would not show the room as ready, I was confirmed a room. Hopefully this will be my only issue and it was resolved efficiently.

I have spent more nights in hotels than most people ever will during my working career, Brandon was the most caring person I have ever encountered. He was a super star at customer service. It was ok. The young ma behind the counter when I got there ( about 9pm, after a long day of driving) was having issues with the card machine. 20 minutes to checkin. Also what is up with the mean guy around the morning food and coffee?

Have stayed at Hamptons before and have never had this experience. I had dirty wet pillow cases in the chair at the desk. The chair was pushed under the desk so I only saw it when I went to sit in the chair then realized the entire chair was wet and I could not use it at all. I also had some sort of black hair in the bottom of the shower. I went to Walmart and bought cleaner before I used it. Really gross.
