While the space was great and clean, the heater stopped working and it was in the 30s that night and we couldn't warm up. We let the front desk know.

Like the location of the hotel but the hotel needs more attention to routine maintenance and care.

We feel in love with this one day stay!!! I live in Killeen, tx and my family lives in Houston, tx. Bryan was the half way marker for us on New Years Day!! Everything was Awesome all the way up to the balcony and breakfast served buffet style. This will be our go to place when we want to meet each other half way. The only think I can say that we didn't like was that we were not aware of the refundable deposit.

Everything looked great! Our toilet handle was loose and the shower looked kind of dirty, but overall, the room was comfy. Great staff!

The hotel stay was excellent, and the staff and breakfast were great. We will definitely stay here again.

It was great location and the staff were great. We just had alot of small issues once we were there, as soon as we went into our room, the water in the toilet was running, the towels had hairs on them, the heater (during our winter stay) wasn’t working. The staff offered to switch our room but we had two sleeping babies and that wasn’t really the most convenient option.

I liked everything. A very nice stay. Staff very friendly. Nice breakfast set up with made to order omletes. Comfortable beds.

The initial room we got was very dirty with food all over the carpet. The bedsheets also look like they weren't changed. We immediately requested a room change, which resulted in a much cleaner room. During the middle of the night, I went to the hotel gym. I then came back for a shower but did not have hot water for nearly an hour (it was still only warm by then). This was already 4am and I didn't want to wake my wife and kiddo, so I just took a cold shower in the middle of winter. The staff were very friendly but just way understaffed.

Excellent property. Very convenient to retail and restaurants. The front desk staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered on a business trip anywhere in the U.S.
