Very courteous staff But the rooms were dirty blood stains on them the air conditioners very low maintenance around the building will be a no-go for us in the future

Rooms reserved and paid in advance were not available but rented to walk in guests. Breakfast was horrible and coffee pumps didn’t work. Employees were rude when asked about coffee and said you just have to pump it. Until she try to pump it and realized it didn’t work. She changed pump with the other Empty pot and said, I told you it wasn’t empty, the pump just don’t work. Poor attitude and even less hospitality.

Smelled nasty as soon as we got off the elevator to our floor. There was a couple arguing right across from our room and I called it in and nothing was done about it because they continued to be outside in the hallway with a baby crying (baby was being put in and out of the room). This went on ALL night! Only two small towels in the room and no more towels available. Room looked/was so dirty that I told my kids not to touch anything, but we had no other choice but to stay there to rest up for a while as I was no longer able to drive due to bad weather with a tornado warning and everything was completely sold out in the area. Do not stay there!!!!

Check in was smooth, carpet in room was very sticky like someone had dropped soda all over it, stains on furniture, the material on desk chair had faded, bathroom door would not close. Would not stay there again.

Internet was very weak, there was a large section of the ceiling peeling and hanging in the shower, no water bottles in the room, coffee pot was broken. It wasn’t nearly as well kept as the same hotel we stayed at in Fredericksburg, VA the night before.

Overall the stay was fine but the condition of my room just needs a little renovating. The shower tub was in need of repair. Curtain would not close because rod was bent downward. Also this hotel is about 8 miles from a golf mecca (Sea Island) and the TV did not have Golf Channel. Also no bews channels were available.

Excellent customer services wewere hreceived upon arrival and throughout, breakfast was Great, w4 fitness room.

We have stayed in this hotel before and it has been great - this time was not. The pool's heater was broken and the hot tub didn't work at all. We asked the front desk attendant about the pool but she didn't mention it wasn't working. My children were looking forward to the pool/spa which was a big factor in booking this hotel. Staff was not very friendly.

I already had a bad feeling when walked in should have went with gut. But the outside looked nice. Then took elevator to 2cd floor. Got off and it smelt like bug spray. Got to the room checked for bedbugs surprisingly there was none. Went to go sit on toilet and out came a roach from under the sink. Got up killed the roach took it to front desk and asked for my money back. Next time I will use cash because of course it takes 3-5 business days to get your money back. The people were sketchy. Went across way to Holiday Inn where I stayed 2 nights with no isssues.
