Wir waren 36 Minuten zu früh beim Hotel Die Dame am Emfang war nicht bereit uns einzuchecken. Wir wollten die 36 Minuten am Pool verbringen da es sehr heiss war. Auch das wurde uns verweigert, obwohl uns das in noch keinem Hotel verweigert wurde. Das hat uns nicht gefallen!!!!! Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich

The smell on the first floor during the morning hours was the smell of sewage. I don't like showering in hotel bathrooms with the showerhead being rusted, looking moldy and has buildup on it. The stay overall was decent.

The room was the first room next to the storage area. I can hear noise early at sometimes during the night and the day.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Staff is friendly, rooms always clean and comfortable and breakfasts are well stocked with several choices.

We were here for an event that was close by. Rate was very reasonable. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

This hotel is in serious need of repair, from chipped paint to a stained shower, to a bad-smelling lobby, it was less than desirable and very disappointing. The tub was nasty, so I passed on taking a shower there.The entrance smelled like cleaner but not in a nice clean way. While passing through the area last year, I stayed in a different hotel chain for less money. I thought by paying more, I'd have an upgrade. I received the opposite. Granted, I don't expect too much for my price, but I should have paid less for that disappoin**ent.

Hotel was a haven for dogs! Barking in the evening, in the elevators, lobby, stairwells and more.

most of the staff we encountered were so nice with the exception of the front desk person when we checked out. She became annoyed when I requested a copy of our bill, stating "youre going get an email one" The breakfast area is small and became crowded, the attendant at breakfast was very nice and accomodating.
