比卡紐溫泉 SPA 和皇宮飯店(Palace Hotel & Spa Termas do Bicanho)

Not recommend this, in the description when I've booked it says that the hotel includes an indoor pool, but when I arrived they request an extra payment of 13€ for 40 minutes of a very small water tank. So if you want to just take a dive or quick swim you are unable. The hotel it's very isolated also, no gardens and decorations are absent. Rooms are ok, but don't reflect at all the 4 star.

Arrivés de nuit avec notre groupe. Pas de problème pour les chambres spacieuses et propres. Nous avons passé une nuit de rêve au calme. Au lever le lendemain, nous avons compris pourquoi: nous étions en pleine campagne et c'était très bien mais il faut sans doute un bon GPS pour y arriver. Déjeuner et p'tit déj. impeccable. Peut-être un peu prétentieux pour un 4 étoiles mais c'est aussi un établissement thermal, ceci expliquant celà.

É um hotel demasiado grande, com demasiados espaços vazios e decoração antiquada e sem gosto (cortinados vermelhos, cadeirões vermelhos, alcatifas vermelhas). Até aqui não seria muito mau, não fosse haver sujidade, lixo e cotão pelo chão e elevadores. O Spa é o salvamento do hotel. Apesar disso, peca por limitar a 45 minutos o seu uso. Roupões desfiados e com rasgões é também inaceitável, considerando que se trata de um hotel de 4 estrelas. O pequeno-almoço também não é digno desta pontuação: oferecem apenas uma variedade de pão, sumo de laranja de baixa qualidade, de pacote, ovos mexidos extremamente duros e laranja ressequida. Para além disto, o serviço é medíocre - as mesas de pequeno-almoço estavam todas por arrumar e o único funcionário existente no espaço era pouco ou nada prestável, passando literalmente o tempo de mãos nos bolsos. O jantar foi aceitável e o funcionário da receção foi muito prestável.

Rien à voir avec un palace 4 étoiles ! Personnel désagréable ou incompétent. Chambre pas prête à 17.30 h ! mini-bar vide. Si pas réservé, impossible de manger au restaurant, alors qu'il est presque vide. Désolant !

Hotel perdu dans le fin fond du Portugal, loin de tout, piscine annoncee mais quibest un spa en realite où il faut payer 13€ pour 45 minutes!!! Chambre spacieuse mais mauvaise literie.

Very bad hotel, they don't like customers, they limit they're pool to 45 min and charge 13€ for that, the pool it's more a very small water tank. The 4 star it's obviously wrong classification for an isolated building under decorated and without a garden. Rooms lack a good large TV or even a garnished minibar.Even breakfast it's not a must although it's reasonable.

Have you ever been a guest in hotel without HOT water in the shower? it has been already 3 days that i don't have HOT shower. Just warm. Unfortunately, i paid in advance and need to stay in the hotel. The reception staff is very nice but most of them don't speak English. The cleaning is good. beautiful location, but far from everything and also very unpleasant to drive around during the dark hours.

I stayed for six nights there and I am very satisfied.The rooms are spacious and very clean.The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a large shower.A negative point is that there was a problem with the heating system in my room and it didn’t work.The breakfast every day was fresh and tasty and there was a large variety of food.To sum up this hotel is ideal if you want to stay for many nights.Even it is far from Soure I think that you will like the peacefulness as there isn’t too much notice

Je plains la réceptionniste, elle est seule pour la réception des clients, le téléphone et même le bar 🤣 A notre arrivée, pas de réservation à notre nom comme plusieurs clients devant nous !!!!! Il faut donc parler fort pour qu’on vous prépare la chambre réservé et déjà payé Ce n’est que le début de notre séjour dans cet hôtel ☺️
