The hotel heritage is one of those experiences you get what you pay for. It’s expensive but the service is impeccable and first rate. The breakfasts are both buffet and you can order Ala carte eggs or waffles. Th coffee is good and plentiful and I appreciate the fresh squeezed OJ. Bishnu took special care of us. She couldn’t have more professional or lovely. The room was small but it worked for our purposes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice space with a comfortable shower. If you have mobility issues I can see the shower being a problem though. The products are very good too. We appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the complimentary chocolates at night. The hotel also recommended a really good restaurant -Diligence- that we thoroughly enjoyed. My only small quibble was the gym wasn’t really good for a workout. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Fantastic all around, from the minute we walked in the doors after a long-haul flight from the states, the staff was fantastic. Sarah at the front desk took care of us from the minute we arrived, and her colleagues came through on dinner reservations for us. The rooms are high quality and well kept; very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel, 5 our of 5 stars from us

Hotel is in a great location just a couple blocks from main shopping and busy areas. Front desk staff was super friendly and had some good recommendations, they even booked a walking tour for us. There is some good restaurants around the corner and the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement idéalement situé. Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Le restaurant est à ne pas manquer et avec un très bon rapport qualité prix (en comparaison d’autres restaurants de la place d’une gamme largement inférieure). L’accès privatisé à l’espace sauna hammam est une excellente prestation également!

We got in late and tired on March 30th to Hotel Heritage for our first trip to Bruges for three nights. The reception took great care of us from the moment we stepped in the door! Our bags were quickly dispersed and we were shown to our rooms which were very elegant! The beds were very comfortable and we had three wonderful nights sleep. I can in all honestly say we had the best breakfast we have had in any of our Europe trips in this hotel! They put together in room dining for us the first morning as we were too tired to look at menus and it was superb! There is no doubt in my mind that their restaurant is a top experience which we will definitely try on our next trip. We were so busy sight seeing that we couldn’t squeeze it in this time. What was amazing about their breakfast was so many things! The cheeses are unique in Belgium, I believe they make them with beer! There was a special dish that consisted of puréed avocado, burrata, sun dried tomato, basaltic, and seasoning that was so flavorful! The eggs scrambled on toast were perfection. Did I mention Belgium Waffles! I will leave a photo! I cannot forget the service! It was top notch! They took care of us with in room dining, appoin**ents in the sauna/steam room, restaurant reservations, information. I was trying to sneak some of our bags down near check out as my wife was still getting ready to leave and they caught me to make sure they could get them for me. In conclusion, I could not recommend this place more for a beautiful boutique top 5 star experience! Location was amazing as well! We were all sad as we drove away…

Hotel Heritage was a lovely surprise, elegant but comfortable. This boutique hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all of Bruge. Great breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Service was fantastic. Thank you Hotel Heritage.

We stayed 3 nights in the classic room in Feb 2024. The hotel is well situated, only a short walk to historic Bruges . The room and ensuite were very clean, with maid service twice a day. The room had a big window and even a small balcony. We have not been to 5* hotel before, we were a bit worried about possible snobbery etc but we were put at ease by the friendly attentive staff, and we never felt out of place. We were treated so well by the check in, breakfast and dinner service teams. We had the champagne buffet breakfast each day (wide selection of delicious options) and we had exceptional service from the lady who served our drinks and the gentleman who served the food - thank you all very much!

We wanted to stay in an old world European a**osphere. This beautiful place fit the bill perfectly. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating to the point we were walked to our dinner reservation because we couldn’t find it even though it was right where they said . The room was amazing, the bar area was amazing, we placed chess in front of a fireplace while having champagne. We diffently would recommend this place, the whole city. I know I’ll be back!

Dias de paz e aconchego nesse hotel Boutique que é puro charme! Ficamos hospedados em um quarto amplo com ante-sala e todos os ammenites disponíveis. Staff atencioso e gentil, fomos recebidos com espumante de boas-vindas. Café da manhã excelente, em uma saleta clássica muito charmosa. A localização também é excelente, próximo à grand place de Bruges. Super recomendo!
