阿爾特卡爾提爾DIX30飯店(Hôtel Alt Quartier DIX30)

Bien même si nous avions 1 seul lit double pour 2 amis.

J’adore le alt dix-30 , parking souterrain gratuit et plusieurs restaurants à proximité

Great area, very clean room, free parking, friendly staff. No super friendly for families, small rooms, bathroom door isn't a full door (kinda like bar saloon doors) so privacy can be an issue, and the access door to the parking lot as well as the 1 and only elevator to go to said parking lot is pretty small for ppl travelling with suitcases. Stayed a week prior at the Marriott just a block away and was way better for comperative pricing. Just okay...

Overpriced, I stayed the same week at the Courtyard Marriott across the HWY and I pay less for a real 4* like hotel. Not even a bar fridge in the room, bathroom sure has a nice look but the shower is poorly design.... shower head is so close to the window..... $10.00 for a can of beer that I bring to my room???? and the girl at the bar could not issue a credit as she told me she did not know how and never done it!

The staff was half friendly and half rude unfortunately. I had no clear instructions on how to use the elevators or how to maneuver around the hotel, I found out details thanks to other guests who were also staying at the same hotel. Dix30 is a nice area and has a lot of entertainment. My room was clean but it did not have a bathrobe, refrigerator, microwave, bar soap and the hair dryer was super loud.

We had a great stay there for two nights. Staff were friendly. The Room was clean and cozy. At first night the next room were laughing very load and making noise, i called the reception and they solved the problem very soon. There is an underground parking shared with a mall. But it had a lot of free slots

This hotel is an excellent choice for seasoned tourists who don't want to spend $300/night downtown plus parking fees but still want high-end lodging for much less $. The only sacrifice involved, and it's hardly a sacrifice, is a brief ride to downtown on Montréal's gleaming new state-of-the-art electric train - the REM - which just opened this past Summer of 2023. This train (and the impressive station with adjacent free parking) is located just across the freeway from the hotel. Our corner room on the 14th floor was superb with a nice city and area view. The room itself was clean, ultra modern and had high-end Kohler bathroom fixtures. (Think Aloft but decidely nicer.) When you arrive, park anywhere above or below ground near the hotel - its all good although a little unusual in that there is no formal hotel parking lot. Tips: Avoid Starbucks (overpriced and filthy) and the Tim Hortons locations (underpriced and filthy) and proceed immediately to Ange Bakery across the freeway. Ange's $6 coffee, pastrie and juice special is a remarkable breakfast value and the food quality is simply stunning considering the price. Likewise, don't miss the 900 Degree Pizza place near the hotel as their wood fired pies are as good as any in North America.
