Great property! Very Clean upgraded rooms.. super comfy beds and great customer service and breakfast! Easy on off highway access too!

Everything was great except no tongs in bread tray at breakfast and oeople were using their hands. When the desk clerk was informed, she tended to this matter quickly.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It’s sparkling clean! Modern, places to eat within walking distance, etc. Staff is incredible too. Super nice and prompt. Definitely will stay here when in the area again.

I was at this hotel for about nine nights and loved every second of it! The rooms are nice and seem to have been recently renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Breakfast was great too, good selection! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone

We were staying with my son’s hockey team for a weekend tournament. The staff and crew were lovely and patient. They went above with their grace regarding the boys, and we are entirely thankful. 10/10.

We stayed in the room four nights and the cleaning crew did not come in once. Each morning we notified the front desk and they made a note of it. Nothing. I would not stay there again.

I think this place is overrated. The building is next to the train track, it is very noisy and you can't sleep well. Also, the window ac unit is ALWAYS making noise, even if you turn it off from the wall. It is hell to sleep. For this reason I don't recommend it. The positives: comfy bed and pillows, clean, good bathroom and shower, plenty of towels, breakfast is decent and staff is friendly. Good gym and indoor pool. Tons of junk food chain restaurants, coffee shops, walmart in walking distance to satisfy your needs.

We've stayed at numerous hotels in and around Greater Cleveland and this is BY FAR one of the best, budget-friendly options. It is exceptionally clean -- from the common areas to the rooms themselves. Our room was practically spotless when we arrived. They have a wonderful, bright fitness center with equipment that actually WORKS. And the staff, including every single person we interacted with during our stay, is exceptional. Beyond friendly and helpful. We will put this hotel at the very top of our list from now on. I can see why they're one of the best in the US!
