Front dest charged me for my service dog (which is against the law), room had no shower curtain. I chose to refund my stay due to those facts alone. I was not given a phone number to contact management.

The hot tub was not available and there was no breakfast as advertised.
I did appreciate that we were allowed to check in early at 1230 and didn't have to wait till 3.

The room was not very clean. I can see that they are trying to update but this should have been communicated. Poor TV reception, no blow dryer, no hanger to hang up our coats. No very clean in the room. The only good thing was that the beds were comfortable. But I reserved a King bed and got 2 queens...

Looked like the Inn was in an incomplete transition. My partner was disappointed in a haggard appearing carpet that desperately needed a cleaning.

Front desk worker who checked me in was nice, I was disappointed their hot tub is not longer available (it’s boarded up), the pool looked nice tho, and my room definitely needs some new carpet, general maintenance, and an update

There was no hairdryer, The staff was pleasant and informative and it was fairly quiet. We had some noisy, bumping around upstairs people the first night there.
