This was a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. What gives it the “extra” were two people that we dealt with. Brittany, at the front desk answered questions I had very competently and politely. Also, Miss Pat who works in the breakfast area. She interacted with me and was ready to help if I needed something. Both of these ladies have the gift of service and make all the difference. If I come back to Brookhaven, this is where I want to stay.

Needed a place in a pinch due to weather. They were available and really good. Quiet, comfortable and affordable.

Courteous staff, fresh and hot continental breakfast, and nice, clean atmosphere.

The staff were great but the location is hard to travel to do how the road is set up.

I normally only leave good reviews for hotels but this one really just needs to have some things changed. I stayed for a week and noticed I only had the room clean once which is fine but I ran out of towels and on my last day the staff left my door open. I don’t know when they cleaned my room but I didn’t get back until 6:30pm after leaving at 6am and it was just wide open. Nothing was stolen thank goodness but it scared me really bad. I told the front desk lady but I wasn’t even sure what else to do. Also it’s just surface level cleaning in the room like there was hair all in the bathroom and just random stains everywhere.

We were only there passing through. The staff were particularly nice, especially the lady who served breakfast.

Beds comfy, breakfast amazing, hospitality is great. I'd stay here again when visiting for sure.

Everything was great except the mattress was not comfortable.

Good service and friendly personnel. Good location.
