羅瑞爾- 米德堡區舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Laurel - Fort Meade)

The night I checked in to the hotel the bathroom door locked and the door handle looks like the kind of door you use for offices. I called the front desk and the lady said there is no maintenance person on the premises and he will not be an available until Monday. I told her that I have personal items in the bathroom. I asked if she could call a locksmith and she gave me a scissors to try to open the door. Apparently, looking at the door looks like someone might have experienced the same issue I did. I told her I am not. She can to my room with a screwdriver and saw that she is not going to be able to open it. I asked her what if a child was locked in the bathroom and she said she would kick the door. Ofcourse she know she can’t. I called the locksmith and he asked why will a hotel bathroom have that type of lock? I paid $189 that night and I told them that they have to pay me my money back and she said no.

There was very limited breakfast on Saturday morning, juice was out, waffles were out, hot food was biscuitsand gravy but there were no biscuits, coffee was out. We waited for a while and ended up spending more time going to the Double T Diner(which was great!)i tried to save some money and time b picking a hotel with breakfast but that didn't work out. The hotel was about as expected for that price range.

Check-in was awesome and the front desk person was very professional and accommodating. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. There were random hairs in the bathtub and on the floor around the toilet. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day and we requested trash removal and was told we had to come to the front desk to pick up trash bags. We also had to go to the front desk to pick up towels because our room wasn't cleaned at all on Saturday. The breakfast bar ran out of eggs, bagels, and they had cereal and no milk for two days straight.

They overbooked and did not honor my reservation. Had to drive 2 hours home at 2 AM. I was able to get into the lobby just long enough to see that the bathroom didn't have hand soap and the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady who set up the breakfast created a warm and friendly a**osphere to start our day.

Belle hôtel, grande chambre, bon déjeuné, mais ménage de chambre non fait, serviette sale non ramasser des clients d’avant, linge sale oublié dans la chambre et odeur de **** dans les corridors

Salle de bain vraiment pas propre. Voisins de chambre bruyants.

First off they show an indoor pool on their ad It's outdoors. Had to have my key card reprogrammed 4 times. Kept

The hotel was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the treadmill in the exercise room was broken.
