懷恩斯泰飯店(The Wynnstay Hotel, Oswestry, Shropshire)

What a beautiful location. From the moment we arrived and greated by the fabulous Lucie at reception, we felt so welcomed. We settled into our rooms, freshened up, and decided to have drinks in the bar before our evening meal. The food and service from chloe were outstanding. Followed by more drinks in the bar. After a great night, sleep in our king-size bed, and we came down for breakfast. Help yourself fruit, Yoghurts, juice, and pastries. Claudia came to take our order for cooked breakfast. It's so fresh and amazing. Her level of service was outstanding, remembering our drink order from the day before, also remembering the little things like my mum likes her bacon crispy and my dad has an allergy to egg. Sunday evening drinks in the bar were quieter than Saturday, which allowed Chris the Manager to sit and have a chat with us, learning more about him and his wonderful team. Adding the personal touch to our visit. We can't wait to come back soon.

Absolutely gorgeous room, huge bathroom, fantastic food and amazing host Chris. Really enjoyable stay nothing was too much trouble for our group, would highly recommend for leisure or business. Stylish beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds and outside space

we booked to stay in a twin room for an overnight stay with breakfast. The check in was at 3pm but we were early but our room was r4eady and so we were allowed to check in by a lovely friendly lady. she could not of been more helpful. the room and view was beautiful and clean and comfy and we did not want for anything more other than a mini fridge perhaps. the following morning we had a wonderful full English in a gorgeous spacious and light restaurant. The only downer was the tea.... believe it or not it was the worst cup of tea I have ever had 😂 how can a cup of tea be that bad you ask 🤣. fantastic stay and would highly recommend but take your own teabags xx

Really beautiful hotel, we stayed for a family wedding and it was a really nice stay. Staff were great! We had a few meals and the breakfast in particular was amazing!

Decor of the public areas is smart and clean. The staff are very helpful and efficient. The food was excellent and portions were generous. Plenty of parking and great in town location for exploring the delightful town. The only down side was our room, the window had opaque glass to disguise the fire exit metal stairs…and the kitchen fan extractors! Next visit we will request a different room!

Despite being on main street, surprisingly quiet room. Very good food and excellent service. Recommended.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Food was excellent. Rooms were very clean and equipped with everything you needed. Will definitely be retuning with my family. Loved the duck in the shower ha! Lovely location with plenty of things to do.

We have family in the area in conseqence have stayed at the Wynnstay manyl times. It's a traditional family style hotel rather than 'corporate'. We like that plus it's well located in central Oswestry. The rooms are v good and the updated dining room, bar and Wlisons Bar (next door) are first rate. Friendly and professional staff with free parking and plenty of it make it the place to stay. Recommended
