"Made a reservation for 3 rooms, as our family of 12 was traveling for a graduation. Check is was at 2pm, arrived at 3pm with only 1 room available. The front desk lady was amazing, but about to leave. We paid for the ONE room that was ready and she make a note that we would return to get keys for the other rooms after the ceremony. The room smelt like cat pee. We returned to NO rooms at all. They canceled my reservation. We left and went out of town. It was a very BIG INCONVIENCE for our family with children to have to find another hotel at 11pm. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
