Stayed here when I Came to visit friends / really good weekend - good customer service and room clean and tiny - felt very welcomed here / hotel is close to motorway and variety of takeaways close to hotel and public bus route available into the city centre

Was for some reason put in a room adapted for those with mobility issues, lower bed (too soft and not as comfortable) and a wet room. Window was open, so was rather cool but I resolved that. The TV worked but there were not that many channels available. Staff were very helpful and booked me into the Brewers Fayre for supper and breakfast. Tea facilities were good and extra milk, tea bags etc readily available . Overall a reasonable stay but if I go back I will check so as not to get the same style of room.

Great nights sleep, what we expect from a premier inn really. Good location with a big Tesco and variety or food places nearby. Room was spacious and had all that we needed and reception was well stocked with the things you may have forgotten. Some things to bear in mind that didn’t effect us but may other: the lift is currently out of order so we helped a young family with a pushchair up a few flights of stairs. Also the WiFi wasn’t the most reliable, you could upgrade but we had good signal so wasn’t needed.

Have stayed at this location previously and cannot fault the location, facilities or the staff. Every time I stay it's always a hassle free enjoyable experience, and I would recommend. I will be staying there again in the future!

We decided to stay here mid journey as we both needed a break from the exhaustion of a long day driving. The staff made the process very simple to check in, made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and it made our stay all the more pleasurable. Thank you Susie for an efficient check in. We will be staying again in the future.

A small but friendly hotel with great staff. A special shout out for Amy on reception who was sympathetic and friendly helping us find a room. The wi fi wasn't great at hotel but with the professional touch Amy saved the day. THANK YOU ❤️.......
