Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road.
Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents.
The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and arguably the best view of all. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air.
Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee.
Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer. Herrliche Aussicht
Aus jedem Fenster sieht man das Meer, kann auch bei Ebbe direkt vom privaten Strand nach Broadstairs laufen. Ruhige Lage (kein Bäcker oder Restaurant im Viertel), nächstes Café ist in der Nachbarbucht Stone Bay. Alle Buchten in beide Richtungen gut zu Fuß zu erlaufen. Sehr erholsam. Ein Flipper im Flur beschäftigt die Kinder, ein Hotpot die Erwachsenen. Herrlich.

Großartige Ausblicke und schöne Spaziergänge am Strand!

Wir kommen eben zurück von (fast) zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Appartment und haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt. Am besten gefallen haben uns die tollen, immer wieder neuen und überraschenden Ausblicke auf das Meer und den weiten Himmel und eben besagte Spaziergänge am Strand. Unsere Jungs und ich selbst haben darüber hinaus auch den Flipperautomaten im Treppenhaus ausgiebig genutzt und fleißig geübt. Die Wohnung selbst haben wir sehr gepflegt und sauber vorgefunden, in einem guten Unterhaltungszustand und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir die Zeit über so gebraucht haben. Und auch wir haben ein kleines Willkommenspaket bei unserer Ankunft vorgefunden, brauchten also nach der Anreise nicht gleich auch noch zum Supermarkt aufzubrechen. Zwei Tage in London durften in unserem Programm nicht fehlen, und auch das war von Broadstairs aus mit dem Zug in knapp zwei Stunden (St Pancras) sehr gut darstellbar. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit, für die wir auch den freundlichen, sehr entspannten Gastgebern Gaynor und Barry sehr dankbar sind!

Eine herausragend tolle Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung und vor allem der Meerblick waren noch schöner als die Fotos es versprechen. Das alleine zusammen mit der Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung wären schon 5 Sterne wert gewesen aber die zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Großzügigkeit haben den Urlaub und Aufenthalt außerordentlich schön für uns gemacht

Beautiful haven with great views
We had a lovely stay at this property. The hosts are most welcoming and accommodating, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and our kids were so happy to find a few colouring books & games to keep them entertained. It's on a quiet road, overlooking the ocean, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Boradstairs & Margate. There is a beautiful beach (Joss Bay) close by and a 30-minute walk will take you to Broadstairs town centre.

A great place
We stayed here for 2 nights. Barry was very kind and helpful, and the fridge was already stocked with the basics which made arrival really easy. Everything was clean, a great view, well equipped. (A nice hot powerful shower too)

The photos do not do this amazing place justice... Gaynor and Barry are lovely, welcoming hosts and go above and beyond in providing a lovely holiday homeIt was immaculate, comfortable, welcoming and we felt at home immediately The views are breathtaking...even when it is raining We cannot wait to return

Immaculate setting with a personal touch
Perfect position on the coastal path with stunning ocean views from a pristine, high spec and comfortable apartment, with private access to the beach via a well maintained stairway through the cliff.As good as it gets really, the owners have set a high bar.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location
The apartment was impeccably clean and very well equipped, lots of lovely touches including supplies in the fridge when we arrived. The location is great, amazing views and a lovely walk along the beach into Broadstairs. I hope we will be back!
